This agency is unbelievably careless and totally lacks feeling of any responsibility for their tenants. I now receive emails (full of mistakes and delays, apologies, etc) from the name RVGM. I constantly receive reminders and warnings for missing payments which is not true. They don’t reply on emails regarding mandatory maintenance.
Recently Residence Makelaars managed successfully to sell our house. Martine Kemp took the responsibility of organizing the sale and we must say she has done an excellent job. She is very competent and well networked in the field. She has given us full support and has been always available to help whenever we had any questions. She is extremely dedicated to her job and has worked tirelessly to find the most suitable buyer. Her support continued until the signing of the sale deed at the notary. We consider ourselves as very fortunate to have found such a remarkable real estate agent who has met all our expectations.
