Recently Residence Makelaars managed successfully to sell our house. Martine Kemp took the responsibility of organizing the sale and we must say she has done an excellent job. She is very competent and well networked in the field. She has given us full support and has been always available to help whenever we had any questions. She is extremely dedicated to her job and has worked tirelessly to find the most suitable buyer. Her support continued until the signing of the sale deed at the notary. We consider ourselves as very fortunate to have found such a remarkable real estate agent who has met all our expectations.

Extremely disappointing experience with this agency. To provide some context: The agency arranged a viewing for an apartment and showed me multiple flats within the same building. Everything initially went smoothly. I discussed the price with one of their agents, Ronald, and we verbally agreed on the terms of the purchase. Following Ronald’s instructions, I submitted an official offer through my Move.nl account at the agreed price. After several days without any response, I reached out to him, and he reassured me that there was no need to worry and that the agency was recommending the seller accept my offer. However, after this conversation, Ronald became completely unresponsive for two weeks—ignoring calls and messages. During this time, I repeatedly contacted the agency for updates, but the communication was consistently unhelpful and, at times, quite rude. I was repeatedly told that Ronald would call me back, which never happened. After more than two weeks of being ignored—and only after multiple attempts to escalate the issue—the agent finally sent a brief email stating that the property would not be sold after all. In total, I wasted over three weeks due to a complete lack of communication and professionalism. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this agency to others.
