Expat Residence

Michel was a tremendous help for a couple of expats looking to find our landing spot. He was quick to respond, thorough in his willingness to assist prior to our physically being in Den Haag, and continued to be a valuable resource after the keys were handed over. Highly recommend working with him if you’re an expat.

Michel is a great makelaar and I enjoyed the smooth and stress free process working with him to secure a home for my clients. He answers his mails and messages quickly and is detailed with all information. My clients now have a great home for their family with their pets. I look forward to our next interaction!

Michel was an absolute pleasure to work with during our expat apartment search. He gave us a fantastic virtual tour and truly helped us find the perfect place from abroad. He was incredibly responsive, answered all of our questions quickly, and remained available and supportive all the way through move-in. On top of that, he’s very friendly and easy to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommend!

Great real estate agency in The Hague for expats! Michel and his wife were super friendly and supportive throughout the entire rental process, providing clear and consistent communication at all times. Additionally, Expat Residence offers valuable assistance with setting up utilities, even contacting the companies directly on your behalf — a very helpful service, especially for non-Dutch speakers. Highly recommended!
