We would like to highly recommend Mrs. Sandra, Renate and Sabe real estate agency. High professionalism, very good approach to the client and a great atmosphere. When we were at the notary public, an uncomfortable situation arose with the broker and the seller of the apartment. They did not make sure all the arrangements with the apartment until the day of sale, but Mrs. Sandra rose to the occasion and arranged everything so that they had to do it.

Very useful advice on buying a flat in The Hague. Koch real estate is very accommodating concerning viewings and helping do these remotely when necessary. Guidance is provided throughout the buying process including contractual explanations, organising valuations and technical surveys. A good package of services is provided, even during periods when suffering from shortage of staff.
