MLP real estate helped us organize a move and find suitable accommodation for my family. Friendly, honest, fair, and competitive price for the services provided. I highly recommend if you are looking for personalised quality service when searching for your next home.
I’ve had a great experience with María Luisa from MLP Real Estate. She has helped me many times in finding homes for friends and colleagues, including temporary apartments. In such a challenging housing market, her guidance, clarity, and kindness make a real difference. I truly appreciate her dedication and highly recommend her.
María Luisa is an excellent professional, serious and dedicated. We were fortunate enough to contact her through referrals, and she did not disappoint. She did such a good job that we contacted her twice: the first time to rent an apartment and the second time to buy our own. On both occasions, she provided excellent advice. She has a very warm and approachable manner.
María Luisa from MPL Real Estate helped me find an apartment with the characteristics I needed in less than two weeks, even though I needed to be accepted with two cats. From the start of the process, she clearly explained which documents the prospective landlord would request and advised me on how to present them. Moreover, she was very responsive and efficient throughout the viewings and negotiations, and she guided me in choosing the most suitable property based on her experience. She also recommended which services to arrange so that I would have electricity and other utilities available on the day of my move. I highly recommend her services because she made the process of securing a lease much easier, and everything went smoothly.
I highly recommend María Luisa’s services. From the very first moment, she demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the market, provided excellent service, and guided me through the different neighborhoods in Amsterdam. She found an apartment that perfectly suited my needs and took care of the contract negotiation, the setup of basic utilities, and the entire process. Her assistance was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone planning to move to the Netherlands
