After a less than positive experience with another makelaar while searching for our first house in Leiden, Rick was recommended to us, and it's clear why. He is very professional and equally friendly, prompt and transparent in communication, never in a rush or pressuring us to make decisions we're not comfortable with. He attended every viewing, offered lots of insight into the bidding process, insight into the nature of different neighbourhoods of Leiden, guidance on what to prioritise, advice on realistic bids, and recommendations of reliable service providers for pretty much anything we needed. With his help and a little bit of luck, after a few months one of our offers was accepted. He answered so many questions, arranged a notary and whatever else was necessary to keep the process moving, and his team was phenomenal. We were out of the country visiting family for Christmas, planned long before we even started house hunting, when the handover was scheduled so we couldn't be there ourselves for the final inspection. Rick and his team ensured that everything was checked and in order and kept in contact with us to make sure everything went smoothly so that all we had to do was collect the key when we arrived back. We would happily recommend Rick to anyone looking for assistance in navigating the complexities of buying their first home.
Wat een teleurstelling als je via Rick.DeLange een bezichtigingsafspraak wil maken. Telefonisch is sowieso al moeilijk maar als je uiteindelijk een afspraak hebt gemaakt en op de lokatie bent dan gaat het mis. Lang in de regen gewacht maar je dan komt echt van kauwe kermis thuis als je wordt afgepoeierd met de mededeling dat de afspraak nooit is bevestigd. Een afspraak per telefoon geldt niet bij Rick. Gelukkig zijn er heel veel goeie makelaars, maar Rick moet nog veel leren.
Betrouwbare en deskundige makelaar. Rick begeleid je bij iedere stap en neemt alle werk rond de aan- of verkoop uit handen. Hij heeft ons geholpen bij de verkoop van ons huis. Dat klinkt makkelijk in deze markt, maar met zijn hulp hebben we absoluut de beste prijs en voorwaarden gekregen. Rick is creatief in het bedenken van een goede verkoopstrategie.

Als je je woning wilt verkopen in Den Haag of omliggende gemeenten dan is er maar één die dat heel goed en vakkundig kan en dat is Rick de Lange. Bij hem weet je zeker dat jij de beste prijs krijgt bij zijn onderhandelingen en de juiste juridische vakkennis.Heel fijn om een makelaar in te schakelen die geen 9 tot 5-mentaliteit heeft omdat de wereld na 17.00 uur gewoon door draait. Een aanrader dus.
