Bad experience – incompetent and not client-focused I am very disappointed with the service provided by Van der Zwan Advocaten. We felt that my concerns were not properly listened to. Instead of representing my interests, the lawyer seemed to spend more time talking with the opposing party than on my case. This led to delays and unnecessary complications. He also failed to take the necessary steps, even after several requests from us. Furthermore, I lacked expert advice and a strategic approach. I expected my lawyer to represent my position better, but instead, I felt my case wasn't taken seriously enough. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would therefore not recommend this lawyer to anyone seeking effective and dedicated legal assistance.

Van Der Zwan Advocaten is one law firm I will always remember and be grateful to for how swiftly they responded to a very complex Health Insurance case I found myself. I had no urgent solution to my case. Several lawyers were contacted to assist me find solution to my case, but turned down my request because of its complex nature. I was scammed by this lawyer. He didn't carry out any assignments, and charged other clients' fees to my invoice. He didn't say anything during the hearing or fumbled unreviewed pleadings, much to the judge's chagrin. He charged two parties for the same case, thus earning double the money. He made panicked phone calls the day before, and the young lawyer was supposed to advise him on what to say, and what was agreed upon during the hearing was never fulfilled.
