Extremely disappointing experience. They broke my piano during the move, refused to compensate me for the damage, and then stopped responding to my emails. On top of that, they arrived an hour late on moving day, which caused unnecessary delays and stress.<br><br>Since they have refused to take responsibility or resolve the issue, I have now taken the matter to court.<br><br>I would strongly recommend being very careful before using this company.
Verhuizing van Nederland naar Zwitserland. In eerste instantie kwam het personeel zeer professioneel over. Helaas paste onze huisraad niet in de vrachtauto, die de verhuizer op basis van een eerder bezoek aan ons had aanbevolen. Hierdoor moesten we zelf zeker nog drie personenauto’s (SUV) vol aan spullen verhuizen. Daarnaast kwam de verhuiswagen uren te laat aan op bestemming, zonder dit te communiceren. Na het proberen van verschillende telefoonnummers, werden we uiteindelijk teruggebeld. Blijkbaar was de verhuizer onderweg aangehouden door de politie omdat de vrachtauto te zwaar was, hetgeen niet getuigd van professionaliteit. Eenmaal aangekomen bleek dat een onderdeel van onze eettafel nog in een loods in Nederland lag. Hierdoor konden we twee weken geen gebruik maken van de eettafel. Verder is er bij het inpakken in Nederland schade gemaakt aan onze laminaatvloer. Expat Moving Company gaf aan dat de schade afdeling contact op zou nemen met mij. Na veelvuldig herinneringen te hebben gestuurd, is daar na 4 maanden tijd nog steeds niets van terecht gekomen. Tenslotte is er een monitor/computerscherm verhuisd die het proces niet heeft overleefd. Oftewel, ik zou deze club niet aanbevelen.

Expat Moving Company helped us move from Amsterdam to Zürich. After requesting a few quotes, this one was the most competitive in terms of price and flexibility regarding pickup / drop off dates. All the furniture arrived in perfect condition.
Leo and Ermir did very good job. They are so handy and kind! There was only two movers so it was impossible to move in expected time. They charged 50% for extra hours! So it's same or even expensive than other companies...
Ramo end Kimi were of great help. They came on time, wrapped up everything quickly and then moved within 3.30 hours.
Uzi, Kimi and Fred helped us very efficiently. They were really nice and they took good care of our belongings. Definitely recommend moving with them! Thanks guys, take care!
Setki and Bacho have done an excellent and efficient job collecting all my items for my move. They were friendly and were so kind to come back as I forgot my bike. I can highly recommend!
