From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. He handled everything with care, including carrying my double mattress down steep Dutch stairs from a first-floor apartment without any issues. What really stood out was how helpful and easygoing he was throughout the entire move. He made a stressful day feel effortless, and he’s also such a great conversationalist that the whole experience actually became enjoyable. On top of all that, his pricing was far more reasonable than anything else I found on the market, while still delivering top-tier service. Really impressed with the total service! Good communication, very adoptable and understandable to our needs, everything arranged quickly, we even got some help to move some couches. The guy is great, always kind and professional. Really enjoyed the ride within amsterdam.
