I was very disappointed with my experience. Before booking, I clearly explained that I needed my washing machine to be disconnected at my old apartment and reconnected at my new apartment. I was charged an extra €25 for this service and was told it would be taken care of.<br><br>After the move, I discovered that nobody was able to reconnect the washing machine. Only then was I told that my new connection required a certified electrician. If this was something they could not do, I believe I should have been informed before accepting the job and charging me for the service.<br><br>The movers themselves were polite, but the communication from the company was poor. In the end, I was only offered a €12.50 refund for a service that was not completed, which I did not find reasonable.<br><br>I recommend that anyone using this company confirms in writing exactly what services they can and cannot provide before paying.

I totally recommend this company. Timo and his team were very professional, fast and kind. They wrapped everything to avoid damages and were very careful with my stuff. Great service and value for money!
Yasser and team did an amazing job. We hired 3 movers to move from a 2nd floor with lift to a 3rd floor no lift over 40km. They strech-wrapped everything very carefully and thoroughly and in general took great care with our things. All took 7 hours and total was 1.1k. We highly recommend and would book again.
