Disaster. Made two appointments. Waited around pointlessly for three hours on both occasions. No one turned up or apologised or anything. Unbelievably poor business practice.
Quick response when contacted for leakage on roof, and team proceeded to rectify leak shortly thereafter. The hasty proceedings lead to some miss-comunications, but was eventually rectified amicably. Lesson for self: more haste, less pace.

Team Wellhuis Dakwerken came to our help after a previous roof contractor failed to renew our roof, which led to multiple severe leakages and a dangerous situation at our home. Samir responded quickly to our request, put in a temporary fix through a large storm, removed our old roof and made a completely new one within 2 days. We were invited to see each step of the process which made us feel reassured it was a being done professionally and to a high standard. There was an obvious difference in the quality, professionalism and problem-solving skills that Samir and his team showed from beginning to end. The final roof looks excellent and we would recommend the team to others looking to repair or build a new roof. Thank you!
