The installation guys were on time, super friendly. Installed the system in my apartment, did it very quickly, then even cleaned up after them. And then at the end gave a box of cookies as appreciation for the patience. So sweet :)

The management company of the building I live in chose iSecur to repair the faulty intercom screen at the entrance of the building. Arif was super friendly, polite and responsive. It was easy to communicate with him to set up a day and time for the repair. His colleague (sorry I didn't get his name) who came on site to conduct the repair was also very friendly and professional. I have no idea how competitive they are in terms of pricing because this is something my management company deals with, but as far as building providers I had to deal with as a tenant in Amsterdam, they were the nicest!
