Clear, smooth, and good communication. And available at a good time. Very helpful for me, because due to fatigue, stress, and a less-than-organized life, I find it difficult to get someone over. But luckily, it was easily done with time. The washing machine problem unfortunately couldn't be fixed, but I'd heard beforehand that if it was a problem with the drum, it couldn't be repaired. So, they only had to do an investigation, but they offered a fair price and a reliable person. Highly recommended. Thanks for the service!
