Hmm, I didn't get any warranty on replacement parts here. Because: -"We don't get a warranty on that either." -"You don't get a warranty on vacuum cleaner bags either." Too bad.
Rip-off. I called today and got an unsociable person on the line who said the original dishwasher circulation pump wasn't available, but that he could provide a replacement/similar one for the ridiculous price of €195. I've since found the original online for €67.42, including VAT and shipping. So watch out for this scammer/rip-off!
Someone was supposed to come between 12 and 3 p.m. At 3 p.m., I called to see if anyone was coming. "He's coming now, he'll be here in fifteen minutes!" When I called an hour later to see if anyone was coming, it was the same old story: he's coming now! I was a bit skeptical, so the man on the phone said he wouldn't argue with me and would hang up now. No sooner said than done, he hung up without saying goodbye. He arrived at 4:30 p.m. Of course, the fact that the washing machine still wasn't working didn't make me much happier.
