The extractor hood wouldn't go up to a higher setting, so I first consulted him on the phone, but he insisted on coming over to take a look. That would cost €59. He looked for five minutes, said the circuit board was broken and nothing could be done because it's not available, and charged €69. I then removed the circuit board myself, and a neighbor replaced a capacitor, and it worked again. I had expected Witgoedservice to do these kinds of repairs as well. In short: an incomplete diagnosis, a non-transparent price, and no solution.
The microwave was picked up and returned repaired (with a dent in the lid). A few weeks later, the same problem returned. It feels more like a reset than a replacement. I sent several emails, but no response. Not recommended. Update (June 15, 2024): I just called to say they want to fix it and pick up the microwave next week. 👍🏻
Completely unprofessional, he came for 1 min to check my induction, he charged me of course 60 euros, they never gave me a receipt that i requested not even with an email, he wrote one number to call , and this number it was unknown, i called and that person on the phone he didn't have an idea for what we are talking about so i called after that to the number on their site(the official one) and i said to him that i am calling for a problem with the induction that i had an appointment before a few days and if we can talk in English because i don't know Dutch, he said no and he closed the phone call on my face.. thats disrespectful
