With the desire for more living space and more light in the living room of our 1930s home, we contacted Ernst from Jaren 30 Architects Utrecht. From the very first meeting, Ernst had created a beautiful sketch for an extension on the side of our house. There lay the solution we had never imagined ourselves. We were immediately enthusiastic! After several discussions and detailed drawings, we started looking for a contractor together. He got to work, and the result is beautiful! As a bonus, we now have an en suite living room with views of both the front and back garden. The unique details of the brickwork, planters, and window frames in the existing building have been incorporated into the extension, creating a stunning whole.
