Wrong advice. I went to the store for wallpaper and curtains. Two other companies had told me I'd need three rolls of wallpaper, while the store told me I needed five. I thought the difference was too great and decided not to buy the wallpaper there. It turned out I only needed three rolls. Returning it wasn't an option; if I'd followed the store's advice, I would have had two rolls worth €480 left. I also wanted to buy curtains. I explained the layout of my home and that I absolutely didn't want see-through curtains. They showed us a small sample of fabric, which looked good in color, and I followed the store's advice. I then ordered the curtains, and after hanging them, it turned out they were incredibly transparent; anyone could see right through. I called about the problem, and the store said, "Well, you saw it yourself, so tough luck." I also sent an email later, but received no response. It is already annoying that someone does not listen and advise properly, it is even more of a shame when something turns out to be wrong and is dealt with in this way.
Very satisfied! We were looking for Arte wallpaper and found it here. We also picked out curtains right away. Beautiful collection and friendly, helpful staff. Both products were delivered/installed well ahead of schedule. A complaint about the Arte wallpaper (not the store's fault) was properly resolved with Arte through the store.

I've had a mixed experience with this store. They were very helpful up until the time I sold them window coverings, but when I later purchased curtain rails, I had a very unpleasant experience handling complaints, with the installer/owner being rather unpleasant and unfriendly. I eventually bought a curtain rail from another store that was delivered according to specifications. I've avoided this store ever since.
Curtain hanging system defective. The brackets had broken off. After 4.5 years, we received new brackets from the store without any problems. Very helpful and no hassle. Now that's service. P.S. The curtains from 4.5 years ago are still great, and we will definitely come back here if we need curtains or anything similar.
