We set to work on redecorating our living room: painting the walls, a new sofa, and a rug. However, we couldn't find beautiful cabinets that matched the overall look, so we called in Milou to design a custom cabinet and matching TV unit. She listened carefully to our wishes, offered suggestions, took into account the items we wanted to accommodate, and quickly created a design that we immediately fell in love with. It has a huge amount of storage space, which is also very nice with two small children. The cabinets have since been installed, and we are very happy with them: our living room has gone from ‘we have furniture’ to a beautiful, cohesive whole, much calmer and more attractive. Also very nice: Milou gave some extra advice on painting the walls and recommended the coffee table we eventually bought. The styling plan for the cabinets was also top-notch; we purchased almost all the items immediately. I would ask Milou again in a heartbeat if we wanted to make changes or were moving!

The installation of a dormer in the attic left us puzzling over a practical layout. Thanks to Milou's drawings, we gained a much clearer picture of the possibilities and ended up with a layout we otherwise wouldn't have even considered. Milou is the best! 🫶🏻

Milou created a complete interior design plan for our living room. We loved working with her and are thrilled with the result, which is a beautiful blend of our two styles! There's a lot to take in when you move (especially with young children), so it's helpful to have a solid plan! Milou took her time with us, was very helpful in brainstorming with us, and above all, she's a very warm person! We would definitely recommend her to others!

We did a major renovation in 2024. An extension and an extra floor were added. Milou took us under her wing for the much larger space downstairs. She listens actively and guides the process well. For example, we started with a game of cards with pictures. It was great fun to express our individual tastes and, later, our combined tastes that way. It was definitely a case of "kill your darlings" when we had to match the cards! Her good tips on paint, materials, and colors helped us turn our house into a lovely home again. Now we just have to wait for the curtains.... ;-)

When we bought a new house in January, Milou was incredibly helpful in mapping out the space and its possibilities. She also carefully considered functionality and the materials and colors we liked, and visualized this beautifully using SketchUp. This was a huge help in imagining the possibilities in our new home! Even after we moved in, she was still incredibly helpful with advice. We're very happy with her!
