Yousef came to the rescue(😅) with 10 days delay and in the evening! He charged us for a basic portable stove installation for a €100! His explanation was 40 euros call off payment and 60 euros hourly rate. It only took him total of 13 minutes and according to him the first hour you always pay in full! Ultimately he was kind enough to give me €20 discount for the delay. He was not much responsive before coming to do the service and seemed to be very busy. I am happy with the service itself, but not with the overall experience.
