The long waiting time for carpet that unfortunately also did not meet expectations, poor communication, and an overall lack of service at Floors & More Utrecht. The carpet supplier was moving, which was not communicated during our order. As a result, the promised 2 weeks turned into 8 weeks before we could lay the carpet ourselves. We had chosen 5 meters wall-to-wall carpet. Unfortunately, during installation, this turned out to be only 4.94 m, leaving us 4 cm short. Quote from saleswoman: "You have already laid it? That is obviously difficult to explain to the representative." The representative came to our home to take measurements with his own product, Parade Toscane. Outcome: we had to empty our daughter's bedroom again, drive to the Utrecht branch ourselves to exchange the carpet, arrange a van for that again, no extra discount, etc. Now, 5 months later, the carpet is finally laid!

This is the second time we've bought and had flooring installed through Floors and More. We're incredibly satisfied; the guys know what they're doing. Everything is laid perfectly, and the skirting boards are neat and beautifully finished. We'll definitely be back to Floors and More for our next home!

Floors and More helped me tremendously in choosing the right floor and installing beautiful flooring on three floors. I ultimately chose PVC, and the result is stunning. From color advice to execution, everything was perfect. Everyone on the team was extremely helpful, friendly, and dedicated. The team that installed the flooring was professional, incredibly fast, neat, and passionate. True craftsmanship. Highly recommended! And if I ever need a new floor again, I'll definitely be back.

Their service was a joke. I asked them to level my floor and after they work I was left with basically the same state I had before they came (minus almost 1k in my pocket). I’d advise them learning from more experienced friends or at least looking up instructions online, if they have no idea what they’re doing. Let’s start with the fact that they didn’t vacuum the floor before starting. I even asked them a day before our appointment, if they have a vacuum cleaner or I should bring one, they confirmed they had a “tiny one” and then showed up with a broom 🧹🤷🏼‍♀️ There were loose parts of the old floor that were supposed to be cleaned properly. The first red flag was when they messaged me after 1.5h that they were almost done (with preparing the floor, priming and pouring the self-levelling compound!). I have no idea what kind of products they used, but the primer itself usually needs 4-6h to settle and then you put the 2nd layer of the primer (most constructors do it just in case, but even assuming they had a super fast drying one and assuming one layer was sufficient in this case, it’s impossible to deliver such a a project in this timeframe), they most likely put the primer and started pouring right away (there is no other explanation for accomplishing everything in less than 2 h). Unfortunately the room where they worked has a short wall perpendicular to the entrance, so I wasn’t able to see the most challenging part when I was paying. Also, I wasn’t able to put a spirit level on the surface (as the concrete was wet). However, right away i saw big chunks of unmixed concrete (again, they were rushing and even didn’t mixed the materials properly). I also saw A LOT of bubbles of over the place. Most importantly the only tools they had was a broom, buckets and a mixer. They didn’t check what level of the floor they need to achieve to level it out (hence it hasn’t been levelled, you can see it in the picture), they didn’t protect the walls (hence more product soaked in into the walls and you can clearly see the coating of the floor is thinner at the walls), they didn’t even have with them spikerzolen (it’s a shoe cover with kind of needles that allows you walking on wet cement so that you can level it properly before it dries out) or even “handafwerkspaan” or prikroller (to burst the bubbles). It’s completely amateurish. Don’t hire them, go somewhere else 🤷🏼‍♀️ Don’t waist your time and money. I see that in this country it’s usually a big red flag when someone has availability for tomorrow. It’s better to wait a bit longer and get the job done properly. They work also through werkspot.NL Under the name “El nino onderhoud”.

We had a very positive experience with Euro-Floor. Albert was very helpful. He patiently discussed with us the different types of floors including what's recommended for floor heating. He even lent us samples that we took home to help us visualise our floors. There were some miscommunications with the other party who assembled our floors (i.e. regarding timing of floor measurements and leveling) but overall we're very satisfied with the quality of floors including assembly and also the fact that the work was ultimately done within the agreed timeline. We highly recommend!
