M.M. Vloeren | Parquet Sanding Utrecht

While looking for a solution to sand and polish the parquet floors at home, I came across M.M. Vloeren. Fatih was very helpful and attentive, despite a tight schedule. He works meticulously and with great care, is fully aware of his responsibilities, and approaches his work in a results-oriented manner. I am happy with the results he delivered and would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for support with similar flooring projects.

We contacted them to have our floor sanded and oiled/varnished before moving. Even though we left it to the last minute, they did their best to fit us into the first availability. They explained the procedures that could be done in detail and gave us advice on the right practices for our current floor and usage area. On the day of the appointment, they completed the process very cleanly, leaving no dust or trash behind, and left our floor looking brand new as if we had just purchased it today. We were very pleased.

Mr. Fatih and his colleague did a fantastic job on our wooden floor. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Within one day, they sanded and applied coating on our floor. Now, our floors looks as good as new. Everything went perfect and as agreed. When needed for different projects in the future, we will definitely call Mr. Fatih.

Fatih and team did a great job at the very old hardwood floors of my new house and they replaced the old skirting boards with new wooden ones. They were flexible with scheduling the appointment and knew from the beginning what the best finish would be. After a first sanding was done, we agreed on the target color and at the end of the day I came back to find the amazing result you see at the pictures! On top of that they left the room cleaner than before. Top job and I would wholeheartedly recommend MM vloeren!

We found M.M.Vloeren / Mr. Fatih Kurt via Werkspot, initially asking for a touch-up paint job for the floor in the main room (living/dining room/kitchen) of our newly-bought house. Mr. Kurt responded very quickly and provided very clear information about time, options and pricing. Touching up the paint with another layer was not really an option, the floor had to be sanded down before painting, but this also opened the option of oiling the wood instead of painting. He inspected the room (before we had the handover of the house) and came back with a more precise offer. During the works, we had another feedback round via WhatsApp (with pictures and with my wife present and looking at the floor) when the first part was sanded. In the end we went for a natural wood look, choosing an oil with enough pigment to keep the wood color 'natural' after oiling (for this, some white pigment is needed). One photo shows the different oil color options. In general we were so happy with the timeliness, flexibility, cleanliness and workmanship - and of course with the result of the works on 2019-05-02, that a few days later we also asked Mr. Kurt to mount new skirting boards, which he did on 2019-05-09. Having the floor of the main room of the house in a very nice looking and technically sound state gave us a real relief before moving in. Mr Kurt also provided an initial pack of cleaning and maintenance materials and lots of valuable information about how to treat the floor to keep it nice for many years. The whole communication was very pleasant - Mr. Kurth is very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and non-intrusive. The negotiations were very clear, open and we feel we paid a very fair price for a job that not only fitted well with our schedule, but that also was very well done. Based on our experience, we fully recommend M.M.Vloeren (Mr. Fatih Kurt). We will ask him work to for us again, if we need anything done with our floors in the future.
