I've been taking personal training sessions, with Jim and Sean, at TFS since the new location opened in Utrecht. Helping you hone your lifting techniques, guiding you on your nutrition and overall a relaxed friendly atmosphere...you can find it all here. Would recommend TFS to anyone looking to level up their fitness.
I joined TFS this year and I am really satisfied with their offer. Small groups where the instructor is present to show and correct your Strength movements and as well to push you to give the best of yourself during the Conditioning/cardo trainings. The results are there ! This made me upgrade my subscription to PERSONAL TRAINING and now I get a dedicated training and nutrition advises to fulfill my weight and athletic goals. Last but not least, the atmosphere and energy of the gym is always good which is nice. Thank you guys!
I highly recommend this gym! I haven't been active in sports for a few years, but I feel right at home here. The reason? They add a personal touch to their classes that makes all the difference. You don’t have to push yourself to the max if you’re not ready; it’s all about focusing on your technique to do the excercises correctly. Besides the regular gym workouts, I really enjoy the boxing training. It's something I’ve never experienced before, but it has been an incredible way to boost my fitness and build confidence. The energy in the classes are nice, specially on Saturday morning.
TFS offers classes where you’re personally coached to not only perform your best but also to improve little by little if you just started your fitness journey. I followed the Personal Project Foundation program in which they teach you the basics of taking care of yourself, getting an insight in your habits and how it affects the way you eat and move. I still apply to my everyday life what I’ve learned and I’ve never felt like I was making sacrifices or too much work. The instructors are really good and they give advice according to your needs.
I joined TFS when the Utrecht location opened and it's the perfect sports school for me. I've never been diligent enough to consistently go to the gym with a regular free to use subscription and TFS's personal concept with only having small classes with trainers present really works for me. It feels like the perfect mix between personal training and following classes. I like their focus on long term goals and strength a lot, and doing kickboxing and yoga in between gives a nice variation. It's really cool to notice myself becoming stronger and more fit every month. The only thing that would make it better is if there would be even more time slots for lessons, but we'll get there when more people join so I'm hoping this review will help with that :) Thanks TFS for getting me to actually enjoy going to the gym now!
