We were initially disappointed with the outcome of our recent deep cleaning service. However, after expressing our concerns, Brom reached out to offer a commercial gesture. We were pleasantly surprised by their proactive approach and willingness to address our dissatisfaction. While some areas, such as the ventilation nozzles, shower heads, cabinets, and kitchen island, were not cleaned to our desired standard, the kitchen oven, stove, bathroom sinks, and showers were cleaned satisfactorily. Despite these initial shortcomings, we appreciate Brom's efforts to rectify the situation and offer a resolution. Their response has significantly improved our overall experience.

Very prompt with planning. The team of 5 to clean the entire house arrived on time and understood the requirements for the cleaning. They even cleaned the mirrors, kitchen shelves and did a awesome job with my bathroom walls and floors. No smell of the chemicals used and everything was so shiny after they were done. Looking forward to using them again.
