We had a problem with our shower — it wouldn't produce any hot water. Uw Loodgietersbedrijf was great: they diagnosed the problem quickly (over WhatsApp) and explained that we needed to get a new tap. Their advice was quick, easy to understand, and they didn't charge for it. Fantastic!
This company helped me a lot a year ago, fixing not an easy problem with a pipe. The work was quite costly, but they fixed everything properly. Last month I connected with them to fix the clogging in my kitchen. The guys came, fixed it, gave instructions to turn on hot water for the entire day. We asked if one hour is enough as we have a boiler, the reply was - yes. In two days clogging comes back. The company refused to help and we’re blaming my wife for not to run the water for entire day. When I told them that we are their regular customers and had expensive order before, I was told that I’m a lier and the cost of the work was much less. So they just misunderstood I’m not talking about the current order, but a previous one. With this, they just closed the chat. Very negative and even emotional experience. I called another plumber and he fixed the clogging well.

Had a new CV boiler installed by CMA Installatie. After the technician had left and the boiler was running for a while, I noticed some water leakage (condensation). I contacted them and they came back the same evening to fix it properly. Communication was clear, the technician was professional, and they took responsibility for the issue. The price was also very competitive compared to other companies I contacted. Overall a very positive experience. Would recommend.
Emre and his colleague were absolutely wonderful, they came quickly to repair and then replace my cv ketel, checked everything carefully, did everything they could to save on costs, and explained everything clearly. My Dutch is very poor and they were very kind in accommodating me! Cannot recommend highly enough, I will definitely be returning to them in the future!
