Mies Interieur

After purchasing a seaside apartment, we sought interior design advice and assistance in furnishing it in a modern, space-efficient way, and in keeping with our style. From our first contact with Mies, the collaboration was pleasant and transparent. A well-thought-out and beautiful 3D design followed, covering the layout, color palette, and lighting plan. It was aesthetically pleasing, and everything was practically sound and aligned with our taste and needs. She beautifully translated the "sea, sun, and beach" style into our apartment. A bright, tranquil base with warmth, natural materials, and subtle color accents created a wonderful ambiance. We look back on a wonderful collaboration with Mies. She's a true professional who was also easy to reach. She has a keen eye for detail and ambiance in the interior design process. She took the worry out of everything for us by handling the entire process, from purchase to delivery. A fantastic experience with Mies!

Mies has a very pleasant working style with a lot of attention to you as a client. She knows flawlessly how to find the most beautiful things and make them concrete in a single concept. We are very satisfied.

Mies is fantastic! I'd almost call her a superwoman. She helped my mother and me tremendously with all the choices for my mother's new-build apartment, and also created a beautiful interior design. Mies is proactive, decisive, responds quickly and accurately to emails, and meticulously adhered to all the deadlines related to the new-build project. Throughout this process, she maintained communication with the developer on my mother's behalf and, when necessary, asked critical questions about things we didn't understand ourselves. Moreover, Mies is an incredibly pleasant person to work with. In short: we are extremely satisfied and highly recommend Mies to everyone!

I engaged Mies for advising us on a home make over. The plan was to make minimum changes with limited budget. Mies understood what we wanted and kept to it. I wanted to do just one session to get some professional advice, to my surprise I did not expect so much could be achieved - all credits to Mies for being able to quickly understand the preferences & constraints. Looking back we took up the suggestions in almost all it's entirety. Mies went beyond what was expected of her & it was so kind of her to make suggestions on some aspects that we did not conclude as part of the engagement - to me this shows she really cares. I highly recommend Mies.

Mies was fantastic in helping us with our Amsterdam apartment. She immediately came up with ideas and a solid proposal, which she incorporated into a 3D concept sketch with all sorts of details. She also had a full Rolodex of contacts who could help with the actual execution. Without Mies, this project would never have been completed in such good order. Moreover, she has an enormous passion for her work, a work ethic, and is exceptionally accessible. When I happened to see a lamp on sale at a furniture store, I texted her, and she promptly responded: "Yes, that's nice, do it right away!" The big picture is perfect, and these kinds of small details immediately reveal that someone is fully committed. Mies led this project with heart and soul, and the result is impressive.
