Received very friendly and extremely expert assistance from Leroy! This man knows what he is talking about and gives honest and sincere advice. The kitchen still needs to be installed, but so far everything is perfectly fine! Update: The kitchen has now been installed to our full satisfaction and exceeded our expectations! So it is well worth 5 stars!
Leroy from Hello Kitchen Utrecht provided us with fantastic assistance with the design for a bar/kitchen for an office renovation. He is very helpful and all agreements were met 100%. We are more than satisfied.
The advisor pressured us to quickly decide about the kitchen. He designed the kitchen with two major flaws. He told us that the space between dishwasher and the cabinet in front of it will be 10 cm at least. It is les that 1 cm now. If he told us that it would be 1 cm, we would have just get a smaller cabinet. The installers were furious about it too. And also he told us that the space between cabinet and the window will be covered correctly. It was not at all covered. He just left 8 cm space behind the cabinet. If it was not for the installer, it could have been a disaster. The one star is for the installers only. If you decide to get cabinet from them make sure not to do it with Ugur (our advisor)
Leroy helped us out excellently! Great ideas for a practical layout and plenty of storage space. We were initially thinking of a U-shape, but an L-shape with a separate cabinet works much better! Another nice thing about Hello Kitchen: no price negotiations; they are transparent about that. Unfortunately, the wooden look of the cabinets is a bit disappointing; we had expected warmer wood with fewer knots, but that is simply difficult to judge from a sample. We are considering having it replaced later, but for now, it is fine! Time to save up again first ;) All in all, very satisfied. If you are looking for a good kitchen, you are in the right place at Hello Kitchen Utrecht! Highly recommended.
