We chose Home Plaza in Utrecht. We're very satisfied; despite a colleague being ill, they continually sought solutions to keep the work moving. They provided excellent information and were very helpful. We're also very pleased with the end result! A beautiful herringbone PVC floor was installed.
The people at Home Plaza are friendly and customer-oriented, communicate clearly, and stick to agreements. We walked in looking for a new floor on a whim and were subsequently well advised regarding (our new) polished concrete and PVC flooring. The PVC floor we ultimately ordered turned out to be unavailable at the last minute, but that was resolved quickly and in good consultation. However, I am sticking with 4 out of 5 stars because of the standard length of the ordered skirting boards. They are available in a longer version, but at the time, not yet at Home Plaza’s regular supplier. Otherwise, they were delivered and installed neatly and professionally. But it would have been perfect if we had received longer skirting boards for the longer walls as well. Most important consideration: would we do business with Home Plaza again? Absolutely!
