We bought a kitchen from Kvik, and our salesperson's name was Seppe. We changed the design twice and postponed the delivery twice. Despite these changes, Seppe handled everything professionally. The overall result is amazing. The service was excellent, and the assembly was perfect. The assembly team was also very helpful. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we love the quality and service provided by Kvik.

We are very pleased with our new kitchen. Pascal, Ivo and the rest of the team really took great care and attention helping us design and build our kitchen. The end to end process was top class. Would definitely use kvik Utrecht again!

Very, very, very, bed service. THEY LITERALLY IGNOR YOU. I was keeping myself from providing negative feedback for 4 months, but it's too much now as they do nothing to fix the situation! Kvik Utrecht is not the place to order the kitchen!!! We paid almost 30 000 for our kitchen, and it was supposed to be installed in mid of February 2023. It's the end of June now, and we still have a lot of issues and things that have to be fixed. Once you pay, they do not care anymore about you as a customer. We had a lot of issues at every possible step - not everything delivered, agly and unprofessional assembly by BouwRob, improper installation of countertop by Jetstone, issues with Quooker. All the time we had to contact subcontractors to fix the issues. KVIK WAS DOING NOTHING. Smiling to you and then just do nothing, once you gone. We worked with a sales manager named Ruben, he always promise things and never does it. May be other folks works better, but even the store manager Ivo is never involved and never tried to help. So after almost 5 months and 30k euro spent, we are so dissatisfied with the way they work and their customer service. I am thinking of finding a top management at LinkedIn and sending them an official complaint as such a service is simply ridiculous!!! I hope that after my feedback things will be changed and Kvik Utrecht will finally do the best to make us happy as their customers.

We are very happy with the attention, expertise and advice given by Eric during the entire process. Kvik used a partner contractor to assemble the kitchen, all minor issues where swiftly adressed and solved by Eric. The kitchen is currently in use for over half a year and we are every day enjoying the quality and arrangement.
