As a first-time buyer, I had a great experience with my mortgage advisor, Bram from Hanno. He explained every detail I needed to know to buy a house. He is patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. Another positive aspect of Hanno is its provision of a portal for all the necessary documents that you can upload. This makes the entire process smooth and easy to follow. One area for improvement is how they handle document approval. It would be beneficial if they could handle document issues more effectively by informing the client earlier. In my case, one document had to be replaced three times. If this didn't happen, my experience would have been even more awesome!

Very helpful team. They gave a lot of very good information both in the group seminar with an overview of the process, as well as in a one-on-one discussion to go through individual circumstances. Very well planned and clear. I compared their service with two other mortgage brokers, and it came out with the best interest rate, and they had the best information.
