I tried to get an appointment for our notary process. the secretaresse (E.W.) was so angry on the phone! this is not what a customer expects!
I recently used this notary for the purchase of my apartment. Everyone was really professional, responsive, and kind. I hired an english translator because my dutch is not that good, but I noticed that the notary explained everything in dutch a really clear way. This allowed me to understand also a bit of the Dutch talk, and it felt really nice! I will use their services in the future for sure.

Nice experience. Used Hoekstra Notary service for signing the deed for a house transfer and some other legal documents in connection with signing the deed. Cheerful and friendly staff. Notably made the signing the deed a pleasant experience with some lighter moments shared during the although seemingly legal and serious procedure. Overall very good!
Good/best price for my mortagage and transfer notary work. I brought an official interpreter but the notary also helped me with translations. The staff were so welcoming and smiling.
