They seem to be scam. It seems negative feedback is not allowed in these reviews, so the reviews look unreliable. They claimed they could help English speakers, but they don’t at all. The way I was spoken to on the phone was sooo disrespectful and upsetting. Such a lie and I will be following up through the proper channels for accountability of avoiding service.

As a foreigner with limited legal knowledge and no Dutch, I found the service from Smart Legal exceptional. Lieke's professional and friendly approach was incredibly reassuring throughout. Their fees are also very reasonable compared to other notaries in the area. I’m extremely grateful and couldn’t recommend them enough!

They are highly recommended. They listen to what you require and offer value-for-money. They understand that certification requirements in other countries are different to the Netherlands. For instance in South Africa signatures must be with a black pen and all the pages of a contract must be initialized.
