I contacted Stefan urgently due to a serious mouse infestation in my home, and I’m very impressed with the service I received. He responded quickly and arranged an inspection without delay, which already gave me a lot of reassurance given how stressful the situation was. He carried out a very thorough inspection of the entire house, not just the kitchen where I initially noticed the issue. He identified multiple entry points and problem areas, including large holes caused by a structural issue, as well as smaller gaps in my bedroom. I really appreciated that he didn’t just focus on the obvious areas but checked everything properly. He then sealed all accessible entry points, which was done carefully and professionally. It has only been about a week since the treatment, and I still occasionally hear some movement. However, I understand that it can take time for the situation to fully resolve, especially with an active infestation. Overall, I’m very satisfied with his professionalism, responsiveness, and thorough approach. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone dealing with pest issues.

Very very bad experience. We paid so much money for the spider problem to be solved because my girlfriend is afraid of them. They came to our house on October 13th and they guaranteed we wouldnt see another spider for a year. Meanwhile we have had around 10 huge spiders all over the house. My girlfriend contacted them again right after the first one, which showed up on the wall only 4 weeks after Stefan came to our house. They said they couldnt find time in their schedule and that we should just close some hole that they might still come through ourselves. She left them a bad review and I'm doing the same now, 10 spiders later. Attaching some pics of the latest ones we've had. Very disappointed with their service and false promises. Its understandable they might not be able to fix the problem 100% at first, but they should come back then every time we see one. They never did.

Stefan was attentive, patient and thorough in his work at my apartment, taking the time to fill in every crack that I didn’t even know was there and answer all of my nervous questions. I was terrified after seeing a mouse in my home but he alleviated my fears and i haven’t seen anything since! Definitely worth the price! 👍

The best company to take care of your house rodent problems, period! I had other coming over and no one has been soo detailed with their job execution. Afable, polite and found a resolution to the issue. Big thanks and definitely recommend it.

Stefan is a great guy, really knowledgeable! He takes the time to assess the situation and takes immediate action. I will hire him & his team again should I face another issue with any sort of pest creatures.
