Don’t waste your time with this company if you have a mouse infestation. They conducted their “treatment” (4 appointments where someone came to the house and set up some traps, 350 euros) and 2 weeks after the last appointment, where they declared the treatment over, there was a mouse in our bed ! When I called to book an appointment asap I was told I would have to pay for a whole new treatment, and that I could only book an appointment within 2 working days of accepting a quote. Absolutely outrageous.

Very pleased with the service from Michael. He was able to quickly identify potential risk areas and immediately deal with it or provide suggestions on how to do so. At the end of Michael visit I felt our house is secure against mices/rats. If I ever have any more issues in the future I will use their service again for sure.
