544 Euros for 1 hour work and only 24 hours of warranty! I called on a Thursday at 16:39 that the main sewage pipe is blocked between my house's entrance and the street. He came at 17:49, but it turned out that he misunderstood the assignment on the phone so he had to go back for the high pressure tool. He fixed it and I have paid at 18:46. 1 month later I had the same issue so I called him, but he was not willing to fix it for free as he said he only gives 24 hours of warranty. I called another company. They did the same cleaning for 128 Euros (would have been 192 after 6pm) and gave me 3 months of warranty.

Best Loodgieter ever! He came on a Sunday and fixed our cv ketel. Super friendly and gave a lot of great advice. Cannot reccomend enough.

I had a bad experience with this company on basic kitchen drainage cleaning. My issue re-occurred within 7 days but they refused to help stating they provide a guarantee of 24 hours only. However, my drainage situation went from bad to worse. They charged me 120 euros for 15 mins of drainage cleaning work and the issue repeated within 10 days. Very disappointed. When I approached them to help me fix this, they mentioned that it would cost me another 100 euros for this. Avoid this company.

Worst service ever. Pipe from back side of the toiled was leaking and in two visits they could not detect the source of leak, so the leak continued to our neighbors and caused more damage. Price 193.60 EUR per visit x 2 visits = 387,20 EUR total paid by tikkie to unknow account (not to the company). They also damaged appartment bellow which would not be needed if thy would detect the source of the leak. Had to find the leak my self and fix this urgent issue. They did not refund money but the case is reported to tax office and sent to the lawyer. Avoid this company in any case, top level scam!

Very disonest person . He is a tactical thief steal you money with your permission to blackmail you . He know nothig about his work . He came at our place without over permission. I just called him to ask how much he charge if he come to check the problem and he take my address from me and come at my place without my permission.He came inside and just try to tell us you should do this and should do that . And after one hour to back forth his car he could not be able to fix or find anything. He was continually blaming us that we did something that we did not spous to do. After 40 to 50 mints he start make bill and ask it pay 108€ . I ask him that if I gave me permission to come at my place and he told me that I am charging you very less other companies charge 250 or 300€ . But I ask him again if he ask him to come but he was forceing me to pay the bill. After he left we try to fix it our self and within hours of hard work we find out the problem that was for away what he was searching for. We fix the problem our zelf and we pay him for nothing . I strongly advise the people not even call him he trap you and blackmail you. I am also going to complain on the complaint foram . Zeer disonest persoon.
