Jerry was really helpful in getting the mortgage approved on time. We did the application at the end of the year with a tight deadline. He was always available to answer questions and proved to be a valuable advisor. I highly recommend him, specially if you are an expat.

Very disappointing and unprofessional. We reached out to Jerry Muller by email and he did not show any willingness to find a moment to meet with us. He actually just stopped answering our emails, even though we kindly followed up and specified we were in a rush and needed to know whether he could meet with us or not. He did not even bother sending a negative answer.
