I recently bought an apartment in Nieuwegein, and I would like to highly recommend Wietse as a real estate agent. There was even an apartment we visited that he advised me not to buy, which showed me that he genuinely cared about finding the right place for me, not just closing a deal. Menno and Wietse did a fantastic job throughout the entire cycle, the moment I reached out up to now after the the purchase. The Utrecht housing market is difficult, but these guys don't only know what they are doing (they better should, it's their job after all), but they also have a fantastic network which gives them edge over other Makelaars. The result for me? A fantastic house I would have otherwise never been able to buy. Great for internationals as well
