6y ago, when I moved to the Netherlands, this agency helped me get a really cool rental house in a great neighbourhood in Utrecht. We started looking for a new place to rent at the beginning of '23 and it seemed B&S remains one of the higher quality realtors of Utrecht. Great property selection, and overall a positive service. We didn't find our new place via them, but they offered very good follow up and service in our search. Bonus points: during one of the viewings, when we asked the realtor some questions, they were answered with great transparancy and honesty. A+

Very professional letting agency. Their website shows a wide range of well-looked after apartments in Utrecht, is constantly updated and offered in English as well. We rented our apartment through them, Maurits was our main point of contact. Within 1 week all paperwork was sorted and we moved in. We were also given the most comprehensive move in report I've ever seen and all of our queries were responded promptly.
