Good behaviour and excellent service
Hebben dit bedrijf vaak i geschakeld vor verhuur van onze 4 appartementen in binnenstad utrecht. Zeer betrouwbaar en ondersteunende partij. Groot eigen netwerk ( expats zeer groot netwerk).
Unprofessional agency, only in favor of the owner of the house, they made me pay 2 extra days of rent while the next renter already had moved in!
Absolutely awful reception from this agency today! We were told extremely abruptly they “don’t deal with students here”. As insensitive as it gets, the tone of voice and attitude made my daughter burst into tears - and she’s a tough young woman - how people can be so awful and have no idea how to show any sort kindness beggars belief!!!
