This review is not for the company as a landlord, but rather for the company in their "help" for searching for you and relocation package. We paid the 70 euro price that they requested in the middle/end of June. We were looking for a home asap but latest from August. During that period, the agency did absolutely nothing for us. The only thing we "received" was a question on whether we are still interested in one of their properties that we applied for, but then rejected. During the whole "working together" process, we were the ones reaching out to the agent to ask for updates. While we were "working" with them, we kept actively searching on our own. This is important to mention, because from our own searching we were invited to at least 15 viewings. Whereas the agency "couldn't" schedule for us even one! This led us to conclude that their "relocation package" is pretty much a scam, where they actually do not look for a place for you and just offer you whatever property they have already available. So if you are like we were, desperate and hopeful that by paying an agency you will find a home, then absolutely DO NOT trust this one!

Ik heb Iris en haar team als super professioneel ervaren. IM Home Rentals doet er alles aan om het zowel de huurders als de verhuurders optimaal van dienst te zijn. Kortom als je overweegt om een woning te gaan verhuren dan kan ik IM Home Rentals van harte aanbevelen.

Helaas maar na dagen en heel veel bellen zien wij ons toch echt genoodzaakt om een review te schrijven. Graag zo snel mogelijk contact.

Iris verhuurt al jaren appartementen voor mij. Erg tevreden over haar professionele aanpak, goede huurprijzen en transparante communicatie. Ook vragen of problemen bij huurders worden netjes opgelost!

Ik kan echt iedereen aanraden om met Iris samen te werken. Ze is naast een heel prettig persoon ook zeer kundig en professioneel.<br>We hadden wat speciale wensen, wilde een aantal dingen zelf doen en met name de administratieve rompslomp en de juridische zaken door Iris laten regelen. Dat was allemaal mogelijk, ze levert echt maatwerk.<br>Volgende keer werken we graag weer met haar samen.

Ik zelf heb contact gehad met Iris. Wil graag een boek hierover schrijven maar zal het voor jullie even kort samenvatten in 5 dingen die mij opvielen.<br>1. Alert (binnen no time reactie op mijn vragen)<br>2. Attent (zelfs buiten de kantoors uren om)<br>2.1 ik hoorde zelfs de kinderen op de achtergrond tekeer gaan. Haha<br>3. Netjes (wist precies waar ze het over had en wat ze dan wel en niet kon aanbieden)<br>4. Vertrouwen (na vaker met elkaar tot een overeenkomst te zijn gekomen schept dat een band en dat brengt vertrouwen met zich mee)<br>5. Meedenkend (ze begrijpt maar al te goed hoe ze rekening met houden met situaties die veranderen en weet zich als geen ander hierop aan te passen)<br><br>Na meerdere keren met elkaar een deal te hebben gesloten zal ik altijd bij haar terugkomen. Ben blij dat ik Iris in mijn netwerk heb.

Zařízení bylo nové a vkusně, nicméně úklid byl šílený, prý nová uklízečka, ale vše upatlane, povlečení nevymene!!a sprcha v rozích plesnivá.Nefungovala ani klimatizace, prý senzor na pohyb, vždy ukázalo klik je stupňů a kolik bych chtěla, ale nic se nedělo.Bohuzel také okolí je velmi rušné, díky multi multi ulici a neustále turovani motorek.Ale apartmán byl opravdu krásne vybaven včetně fenu a potřeb do kuchyně, tak tohle trošku ten rating zvedne.Dobra je i možnost praní zdarma.
