Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met deze verhuurder. Afspraken worden niet nagekomen en er wordt geen verantwoordelijkheid genomen voor de zogenaamde ‘vertraging’ terwijl ze in werkelijkheid gewoon mensen aan het lijntje houden. Er is zwaar gebrek aan transparantie en professionaliteit. Je voelt je hier absoluut geen prioriteit. SCHANDALIG!
We've been waiting months for a decision from this company regarding the plans for the building we're currently in. They're simply stringing us along and refusing to provide any information about the plans. This prevents us from moving forward with the sale of our store. They're also (frequently) difficult to reach.
It is unprofessional to immediately threaten an existing tenant who has been paying rent neatly for 10 years without a reminder with having to hand over the claim. Not really customer friendly if this company has to represent your interests!
