They also gave valuable advice and made sure we did not overlook anything important, before, during and after viewings. Think e.g., the location of a property (e.g. close to a busy street, how is the price structure in the vicinity, how did the area develop), the quality of facilities in the property (e.g. floors, walls, door and windows, hinges and locks), but also easily-overlooked but long-term vital details like the position of the sun in the garden during the year. During the search we learned a lot and also got a better understanding for our own needs and wishes.
