We hebben een goede ervaring gehad met Hometorent. Wendy is een fijne makelaar. Het contact verliep prettig en we waardeerden het dat ze actief met ons meedacht.
I had the pleasure of staying at apartment on Oudegracht 171 in Utrecht, arranged through Mrs. Wendy van Buuren and her agency “Home to Rent”, from May 2024 to May 2025. It was a truly wonderful experience. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful, located right along the picturesque Oudegracht canal in the heart of Utrecht. It was well-furnished, clean, and maintained to a high standard. The location couldn't have been better—close to everything, yet peaceful and full of charm. Wendy and her team were always professional, helpful, and responsive, making the entire rental process smooth and enjoyable. Communication was always clear and timely, and they were consistently available to assist with any questions or needs that came up during my stay. I always felt supported and appreciated as a tenant, which made a big difference, especially as someone staying long-term. This has truly been great rental experiences. I highly recommend “Home to Rent” and Mrs. Wendy van Buuren to anyone looking for a home in Utrecht. Their professionalism, warmth, and reliability are outstanding. Doris Levak
We were so relieved to find Home to rent (Wendy) in our search. She made us feel so welcomed and made the process really reassuring to us as we were abroad and not in the country at the beginning. Everything was clear, straightforward, very fair and efficient. Wendy was very kind and patient with us and made the move to the Netherlands that ever more lovely and pleasant. Thank you Wendy, we love the note you gave on our moving in!
She is so kind and was very helpful during our transfer to Utrecht. She informed us promptly in every steps and was very patient despite the some difficulties because we had to rent the house while we were abroad. Explained everything that we needed and helped us to set up the utilities quickly. Thank you very much for your help and for your lovely note left for us in our home.
Wendy is doing her job very professional and working with good landlords. She is very trustworthy.
Zeer tevreden over de adviezen, voorbereidingen en verhuur van ons huis door makelaar Wendy van Buuren. Prettig contact met haar, aan alles is gedacht. We laten ons huis nu met een gerust gevoel achter bij de huurders.
