1e bezichtiging direct raak na goed advies door Rutger Koning. Als woningzoekende heb je simpelweg niet de kennis van de markt die de makelaar wel bezit. Bespaar jezelf een ultra lange zoektocht en schakel tijdig een makelaar in. Aangezien wij met Rutger direct raak hadden zou ik hem van harte aanbevelen!

Dankzij dreamteam John en Janet binnen een half jaar een droomhuis kunnen aankopen. Janet is een echte aanpakker en John is de pitbull die je nodig hebt in de gestoorde huizenmarkt van nu. Als je een goeie aankoopmakelaar zoekt voor Utrecht en omstreken ben je getikt als je deze mensen niet inschakelt. Je haalt het geld dat je er insteekt sowieso uit.

Kort en goed: zonder Valerie woonden we nu niet in deze ontzettend fijne woning in Utrecht !

Ik ben ontzettend goed geholpen door Valerie met de aankoop van mijn eerste huis in Utrecht. Mede dankzij haar is het mij gelukt om binnen een maand (en met slechts één bezichtiging) een ruime benedenwoning te vinden in een van de beste wijken in Utrecht.<br><br>Valerie reageerde snel en was erg behulpzaam gedurende het koopproces. Valerie reageert bijzonder snel, is communicatief heel sterk, en vooral ook heel attent. Ze staat echt aan je kant en het vertrouwen dat zij uitstraalt blijft niet onopgemerkt bij de verkopers.

We had a generally good experience with Koning.<br><br>We received emails about houses before they were advertised on Funda, and whenever we asked for a viewing, they arranged it quickly. They were responsive to our questions and joined us for some viewings, which was helpful.<br>At the same time, we personally put a lot of effort into researching the properties, asking questions, and following up. During the bidding process, we were also quite proactive ourselves.<br><br>Overall, they provided useful support.
