He had a great experience! They took care of everything and they were very transparent with us the whole time, they translated for us every document and answered every question. Really bad experience with them. We were living as renters in the house that Punt Makelaars was selling. We had to accept visits from possible buyers, but since it was Covid times we were working from home so we asked if the viewings could be scheduled out of our working hours. It was clear from the first moment that they did not care about bothering at any time. They showed no flexibility at all and kept insisting on visiting the apartment at any time, letting us know only a few hours in advance. They were really rude with us all the time. We were not selling our property, but if you are selling yours and do not want the renters to be upset (as it will only make the situation more complicated), go for another makelaars.
