Two years ago we found an apartment through the agency at 93 Biltstraat. The landlord treated us well and was very welcoming. Then we vacated the apartment by leaving it in perfect condition and went back home overseas. We were waiting for the bond to return. And, he sent us an email where he outlined his calculations of the utilities based on the square meter size of the apartment and withholded more than 600 euros from our bond. We tried contacting him via email from overseas and he never responded.
