As a working EU student, I got my DUO grant rejected. I saw online that this law firm can help me, so I contacted them and they wrote a complaint and secured the grant for free. Easy and reliable.
I find it very difficult to write this review, because I have worked with Avant Advocaten before and, although the case dragged on for a long time, I was satisfied with the outcome, despite the poor and infrequent communication. Unfortunately, I sought their help again, this time with an even more urgent matter involving DUO, back in early December. Sadly, I was fobbed off every time and was always told that someone would contact me or call me back – it’s now June and still nothing. I have two days to resubmit the appeal and have been completely left on my own.<br><br>It’s a shame, because DUO made several procedural errors in my case and it would have been a relatively straightforward matter, with plenty of room for manoeuvre, but also an important one. I still remember being asked to leave a positive review for a previous case; it’s a pity I was treated this way.

Via het huurteam Tilburg zijn we doorverwezen naar Gor Gabrelian van Avant advocaten. Hij staat mij en een aantal andere huurders bij in een huurgeschil. Ik heb hem leren kennen als iemand die zich ergens in kan vast bijten, maar ook een stapje extra voor je wil zetten. Gor is een advocaat die ik zeker zou aanraden.
De heer Gabrelian heeft ons bijgestaan bij een geschil over een koopwoning. Wij moesten de koop annuleren. De verkoper probeerde daarna een absurd bedrag te eisen. De communicatie was duidelijk. Dat gaf rust en vertrouwen. Soms wel wat traag maar dankzij hem is de zaak goed afgelopen. Wij zijn hem daar zeer dankbaar voor.
