Avoid this company, they damaged piece of forniture and didn’t refund for the damage. As in many other review, the movers showed up few hours later then the scheduled time. However, the one star it’s because during the moving they damage a chest of drawers packed by them. I make the mover notice the damage and he told me to contact the client service as everything was insured. I send more then 20 emails and many phone calls not even one reply.

Alliance movers was referred to me by a family member who had a wonderful experience using their services before. They were professional and efficient during my move as well and handled all my belongings with care. I would definitely recommend them for all your moving needs!

Alliance Movers are reliable and trustworthy. We had a very good experience with them when we relocated. They were professional and handled our belongings carefully and respectfulkly. Their van was really big and the transaction went without problem! This company was a great choice!! Would highly recommend them.

Moving is stressful enough as it is. Alliance made ours the ultimate worst experience. On the day of our move, we receive a message 10mins after the supposed start time (9am), notifying us that there would be an hour delay. We told them “no problem” since there is always something else to do during a move. An hour later, we were told it would be 2-3hrs later. When those 3 hours came round, we had no news and could not get a hold of anyone by phone or email. We then found out that there were multiple doublebookings, and our move would be handled by two other moving companies, one for the movers and another for the lift. Round 4pm the movers arrived but we had to wait for the lift to arrive at 5pm. What was quoted to be a 3hr move ended up being 6hrs long. More than 3x the price originally budgeted. On top of that, we had to move boxes and lifting furniture ourelves because otherwise it would have taken 3hrs +. When it was finally over, we found ourselves driving around at 11pm, desperately searching for an atm because while Alliance accepts pin payments, the movers we were provided required cash. This was the most exhausting, stressful and unexpectedly expensive experience. Alliance never reached out to ask how it went or attempted to right their wrongs. Do NOT take the risk. It is not worth the apparent financial benefit. This is an extremely unprofessional and unreliable company. I have no idea how they have such good ratings.

I used Alliance movers early July 2021. Before they arrived I was understandably nervous and anxious that everything would go as planned. Straight away the guys put me at ease and set to work. From start to finish they were excellent. They did a great job dismantling and rebuilding my furniture and were calm and professional throughout. The bill came almost exactly on the estimate. 10/10
