We were experiencing recurring leaks at the connection of the flat roof. Eventually, it turned out that the old roofing was damaged in multiple places. Everything has been replaced and additionally reinforced. The communication was excellent and the installers worked very neatly.
While the roof repair itself seems okay for now, the way they left my property was unacceptable. The workers left old tiles, sharp nails, and cigarette butts all over my driveway and garden. I have kids and a dog, so this was incredibly dangerous. I spent two hours cleaning up after them. Very little respect for the customer's home.
Extremely disappointed with the quality of work. I hired Dakdekkers Van Gelder to fix a leak in my roof, but after the first rainstorm, the water was coming in again in the exact same spot. When I called to ask them to fix it under warranty, they were incredibly rude and kept making excuses about why they couldn't come back. Save your money and find a more professional company.
Total lack of communication. I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday morning, and nobody showed up or even bothered to call. I took the morning off work for nothing. When I finally reached them, they acted like it was my fault for 'misunderstanding' the time. Very unprofessional and clearly don't value their clients' time
After the storm, there was a leak in our flat roof. The roofer came the same day and resolved the roof repair neatly. We haven't seen a single drop since. Top service and clear communication.
