First i was frustrated because my package did not arrive, but the support was very quick to respond and help me solve my problem. They will resend it and hopefully it will arrive. Update: They still could not send it, the package never arrived... but at least the money was reissued.
I have been working with products that I bought through SITCON for a few years now and I can say that I am very happy. The service is also super good. All my open questions were answered quickly and competently by e-mail. Incidentally, I often work with their “Spyglasses”, which take extremely good pictures and are absolutely reliable.
Their cameras are pretty useless like many people here have mentioned. They basically sell returned items that they repair and resell. Easy to tell by their lousy packaging. Bought a Vey expensive camera. Didn’t even last a day. Complete cheaters!!!
Good service. Came from Germany to buy a GPS trackers and i am happy with the product. The sim they provide luckely works good here also.
