The Doors and Windows are a good Quality. The job was done fast, clean and very professional. The result is flawless and would absolutely work with them again.

After months of discussions, a face to face meeting at my home and arranging payment plans through our Bowdepot, on the day that the contract was due to be written up and signed, I received a call 25 minutes before our meeting to inform me that due to my location in Noordwijkerhout the job was not viable or profitable enough for them to continue! Extremely unprofessional behaviour there is simply no excuse for this type of business I am now back at square 1 and will have to start from scratch with a new company. Hopefully they will be more professional!

We had an amazing experience! The guys installed new windows in 4 rooms in only two days, left the place clean and they were nice to be around. Windows are sturdy and immediately made the place warmer and more silent

We received an invoice on Thursday. 7 days after installation of our dormer (dakkappel) had begun. Bear in mind the installation was still incomplete at the time. Maarten from GoNxxt phoned me on Saturday demanding payment and I refused to pay till the work was complete. After refusing to make the payment again on Monday morning, he inconveniently arranged to have an installer come over in the afternoon to complete the installation.

We chose GoNxxt because of the quality of this product. GoNxxt deserves five stars for the entire experience in renovating windows in my old home. We updated four large windows in three of our rooms. Starting with Charlie from sales in March 2021, he helped with the design choices and was respectful of our budget and renovation priorities. Charlie also helped us confront a problem area of our ground floor where we had a large window with no open air option for circulation. Together we developed a replacement window (see photo) that contributes to healthy air flow/ventilation in every season. With all three rooms, we also chose to catch the breeze on warm days while being protected by the additional insect screen product. In April 2021 on the confirmed date and time, Rowdy and Ryan attended to the installation with skill and care. They were thoughtful about their work station setup, gentle in taking out the old windows and cases, and were very attentive in building the window encasements. They skillfully and efficiently installed the GoNxxt aluminum frames. Our home looks and feels bigger, brighter, and cozier. We are very pleased with the GoNxxt product, our interactions with sales, scheduling, and installation team.
