These are absolutely not to be trusted and I strongly recommend that you avoid this. It is actually pure fraud. I am surprised that such obvious fraud companies exist in Norway. They had no other purpose in coming to us than to try to disprove that something was wrong with our product, and to get as much money as possible, and they outright lied in emails to Ikea/Electrolux about what they actually did when they were on assignment with us. They were hired by Electrolux on behalf of Ikea when something was wrong with our induction hob. When we turned the fuse off and on to try to fix the induction hob, the stove guard had gone haywire. When they visited, they just said that there was a problem with the stove guard (not their responsibility), and refused to look at the induction hob. We explained that we have already confirmed that there is something wrong with the top, and that if our stove guard does not allow us to confirm it here, then they just have to take it in and fix it at their place (which they eventually had to do anyway). They refused this, and said that it was only the stove guard that was wrong. They even started measuring inside the socket to see if the stove guard had cut off the power. We explained that it is possible that there was something wrong with the stove guard as well, after we had removed the fuse etc., but they just refused this. They sent us an invoice, and said that we had to cover it since there was nothing wrong with the product. They had not even tested this. We then called the stove guard manufacturer and found a fix for it, so that it was fine. We emailed and called Ikea and Electrolux countless times to try to get this incorrect invoice credited, while asking Ikea to send someone again who could take it with them and fix it, as it can be difficult to confirm that the stove guard won't break again. Finally they came back, and it was E-service Bergen who showed up again. Again they were just looking to find something else to blame than that there was simply something wrong with the product. We hadn't plugged the hob into the socket, because they were going to come and pick it up, so that's what they blamed. We just plugged it in while they were there, and it still didn't work, so then they wanted to start fiddling with the stove guard. I stopped this, and said that they MUST take it with them -- that's why they were here. Then they finally took it with them. After a few days they had fixed it, and we got it back. Everything was fine with the stove guard. The new invoice went straight to Ikea, since something was wrong with the product. We never got a credit for the old invoice, however. Ikea thought this had to be taken to Electrolux. Electrolux "checked up" on the matter by asking E-service Bergen. They told us that they could not credit it because E-service Bergen had said that they had been to us and confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the hob, but that the stove guard was the problem. This is a direct lie and a scam. They never checked the hob, and refused to take it. Now they miraculously ended up with double the money after invoicing us for the first job, and Ikea for the second job. Steer clear of this scam company. They have no interest in helping you.
