We have used Bergen Boligkontroll to renovate an apartment in an old apartment building. Their work (surveying, real house fungus remediation, mold remediation and reconstruction of walls, ceiling, bathroom, bedroom, etc.) has been precise, solid and very nicely done. Discovering moisture problems in an apartment's exterior walls is never fun, so it was a relief that the people at BB communicated quickly, efficiently and pleasantly. I recommend them.
We have engaged Bergen Boligkontroll to completely renovate a house in Bergen from around 1900. We are incredibly satisfied and very happy that we chose them. The work is well done and, not least, the manager and employees are very pleasant and easy to deal with. The latter has been important for us who have never renovated a home before and need guidance and follow-up through such an extensive process. Bergen Boligkontroll has been committed to meeting our wishes, and we have the impression that they take challenges (that old houses can present) head on. We will recommend Bergen Boligkontroll to everyone we know.
I have used two types of services from the company and am 100% satisfied. The first was the renovation of a bathroom. The second was the review and preparation of remedial options in connection with a weakened load-bearing system and moisture problems in a housing project that I led (as a civil engineer). I felt the company had a good understanding of the problem and good, cost-effective solutions. Frank Jensen
This firm have helped us with renewing our apartment i Bergen. They are flexible and reliable. Handcraft and dialogue have been excellent throughout the entire project. I needed assistance due to personal struggles and they helped me without hesitation. Problems along the way and best solutions were also a key factor with their experiences from similar jobs and whats the best solution renovating old buildings and structures. Ill give them the best score. Both in service and budget they meet our recuirements.
Bergen Boligkontroll installed a new countertop. They arrived at the agreed time and did a great job. Highly recommended.
